Ongoing Support Between Visits
Direct text and voice messaging access for questions, feeding concerns, and reassurance between visits until your baby is 3 months old.
When unexpected feeding challenges arise and you need support quickly.
This package is designed for moms who suddenly find themselves facing difficulties with feeding and want timely guidance to work through it. Whether breastfeeding has become painful, your baby is having trouble latching, feedings feel stressful, or your baby is not gaining weight as expected, these situations can feel overwhelming when they come up unexpectedly. Many families also find themselves navigating mixed advice and unsure of what steps to take next.
You don’t have to figure it out alone. Over the course of 4 weeks, I’ll help you understand what may be happening, adjust your feeding plan as needed, and guide you through the process so you can move forward feeling more supported and confident feeding your baby.

4-weeks of messaging support. Send unlimited text or voice messages. You will receive up to 3 responses per day with guidance, reassurance, and feeding adjustments whenever questions arise.
Expedited scheduling 24-48 hours for initial appointment
Priority access to exclusive client events, offering opportunities for connection, learning, and support as you enjoy your motherhood journey
Ideal for families who need urgent lactation and feeding support.
Please note: if you believe your baby is experiencing a true medical emergency, contact your primary care provider or seek medical care right away.
This service is tailored to the specific concerns present at the time of the appointment. Common issues include, but are not limited to, nipple damage, breastfeeding pain, suspected low milk supply, slow infant weight gain, latch difficulties, suspected clogged ducts and other feeding challenges.
This 2-session package is a great fit for moms who have breastfed before or families who have generally had a positive breastfeeding experience, but would appreciate an expert reviewing their routine and making small adjustments along the way. Because the truth is, every breastfeeding journey is different—even between siblings—and babies are constantly growing and changing, so what worked before may need a few tweaks this time around.

Single Appointment
In some cases, a family may only need a one-time consultation. These appointments are limited, as most families choose to work with me through my continuous care services and ongoing support packages.
Before scheduling, we will briefly discuss the concerns you are experiencing so I can determine whether a single visit will provide the appropriate level of support for your needs.
While I truly value building ongoing relationships with the families I serve, I understand that sometimes a focused visit is the right fit. This consultation includes one week of follow-up text support, with guidance directly related to the topics discussed during the visit and the care plan provided.
Travel Fees
Home visits within a 25-minute radius of the Nees/Chestnut area are included in the standard travel range for package options.
Locations beyond this distance may require a small additional travel fee, which will always be discussed and confirmed prior to booking.
Sliding Scale
Modern Momma Lactation is rooted in supporting families and strengthening our community. A limited number of appointments are reserved for sliding-scale services to help keep lactation care accessible while supporting this small, Latina-owned practice.
If you are navigating financial strain, limited income, or do not have access to paid parental leave, you are encouraged to apply for sliding-scale consideration. Availability is limited. If sliding-scale spots are full, I am happy to share trusted community resources that may still support you and your baby.
